Dawn Schneider, CPA
Dawn Schneider has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1991. She was originally licensed in Florida, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Accounting. Dawn began her career at a big eight accounting firm in Orlando, working as an auditor on large publicly-held companies in manufacturing, healthcare, and publishing.
Dawn continued practicing public accounting as an auditor in Iowa. She left the big firm environment to raise three children, maintaining her CPA with continuing education and graduate course work.
In 2000, Dawn began working at a small Iowa firm helping individual and small businesses with taxes and accounting. She soon discovered it was her true passion; forming connections on an individual level and coaching clients toward success helped her make a true difference in people’s lives.
When Dawn later moved to Arizona, she partnered with Ryan Stone to build Schneider & Stone to deepen her community impact and help lift up the small business owners and individuals in the Phoenix area.
Ryan Stone, CPA
Ryan began his professional career in banking where he enjoyed helping clients improve their financial outlook through strategic borrowing Through Ryan’s banking experience he realized how vital accounting and tax filing is for individuals and businesses, and spurred him to obtain a Masters degree in Accountancy.
After graduating, Ryan began work with a Chandler CPA firm where hegained knowledge and experience preparing tax returns and tax planning. Ryan also provided tax software support for Intuit.
Ultimately, Ryan’s goal was to become an entrepreneur. Ryan decided to partner with Dawn Schneider when he realized that they had a similar vision, integrity and work ethic.
